Thermostats

1. Establish where is the problem
   If heater ok
2. Check power supply and wiring
3. If in wiring repair problem
4. If fault in floor, locate where the problem is
5. Remove floor cover
6. Dig concrete to expose cable.
   Hole size depends on problem average 100x450mm, Normally this does not create dust in building.
7. Test cable
8. Repair heater
9. Repair concrete floor
10. Replace floor covering if viable.
11. Reconnect heater

I have purposely excluded photos of how hole is dug dustless and test equipment used to locate problems
